Mickael Pietrus Notes: The Skinny: Pietrus could be the best athlete out of this year’s foreign crop. The “Michael Jordan of France” has been known for his leaping ability and scintillating dunks. He loves to take the ball to the basket and finish at the rim. While perimeter shooting has been a weakness, he has improved on that skill in the past two seasons and is now credible from NBA three-point range. His ball-handling does need work and like other Europeans, will need to learn the nuances of NBA-level defense other than simply using his athletic ability.
