Travis Outlaw The Skinny: This exceptional athlete has loads of potential that will be unleashed when his skills catch up and when he fills out his frame. He doesn’t shoot the ball well and does not post up very much, struggling especially on long range shots. His skills aren’t really that of a small forward right now, especially since he plays down low defensively where he can be a terror with his shot-blocking. He can rebound and will make some highlight-film dunks, especially on offensive rebounds since he loves to crash the offensive boards. Outlaw may be testing the waters, as he comes from a good family and has no need to bolt due to economics. He is a borderline first round pick at best, as he needs some development physically and with his skills. Down the road, he could certainly be a high lottery pick.
