Colonial Athletic Association Tournament Opening Round: Sophomore guard David Schneider hit his sixth three-pointer with 1.5 seconds remaining, giving No. 5 William & Mary a 58-57 victory against No. 12 Georgia State. Schneider finished with 20 points for the Tribe, who will play No. 4 Old Dominion in the quarterfinals. No. 9 Towson used a dominant first-half to blow out No. 8 Hofstra 81-66. The Tigers held the Pride to 13 points in the opening half. Sophomore guard Josh Thornton scored 22 points to lead Towson, which will play No. 1 VCU in the quarterfinals.

No. 7 Delaware slipped past No. 10 Drexel 60-51 to move into the quarterfinals against No. 2 UNC-Wilmington. Junior guard Marc Egerson led the Blue Hens with 15 points. No. 6 Northeastern pulled away from No. 11 James Madison in the second half en route to a 73-55 win that sends the Huskies into a quarterfinal match up against No. 3 George Mason.
