Tennessee State will lose two players, including leading scorer Gerald Robinson Jr., after the team granted scholarship releases to Robinson and freshman guard Parker Smith. Robinson, a sophomore guard, was the Tigers’ best offensive weapon, averaging 17.8 points per game. Smith had a promising one season at Tennessee State, averaging 9.0 points in 30 games, which included eight starts.
