Marcus Banks
Notes: First Team All-Mountain West, Honorable Mention All-American
The Skinny:

Banks is big and strong, having been a football player in high school as well as basketball, and he’s listed at 220 pounds. He has always been a scorer who struggles to shoot from long range (never shot better than 33.6% on three-pointers in college), and could always defend well, but he blossomed his senior year as a floor leader. He nearly doubled his assist total, though he could stand to take better care of the ball. While he struggles from long range, he will generally take higher percentage shots and make them.

Banks had a good showing in Chicago, and is now projected to go in the first round. Many feel the Celtics, desperately wanting for a point guard, will select him.
