Northeastern: Huskies Have New Leader

Huskies Have New Leader: Northeastern hired former Boston College assistant coach Bill Coen as their new head coach on Friday. Coen spent the past nine seasons as an assistant at Boston College and was a member of Al Skinner’s staff for 17 years, going back to Skinner’s days as head coach at Rhode Island. Coen replaces Ron Everhart, who left in March to take the head coaching job at Duquesne. [4/14/06]
