Creighton Gets Good News: Creighton’s star guard, senior Nate Funk, will be available for another season. The Bluejays received word that the NCAA granted Funk a medical hardship after he played in only six games this past season. Funk was a contender for the Missouri Valley Conference player of the year two seasons ago. He averaged 17 points and 4.7 rebounds per game before suffering a shoulder injury in January. [4/23/06]
