Bill Bayno resigned as head coach of Loyola Marymount to focus on a medical condition diagnosed in December. Bayno said he is following the advice of his doctors. Acting coach Max Good signed a multiyear contract to replace Bayno as head coach. Good has 15 years of head coaching experience at Bryant, UNLV and Eastern Kentucky with a 229-225 record.
