Middie joins Tulsa: Former Naval Academy letter winner Hassan Booker, 30, has been hired as an assistant for Tulsa. New head coach Doug Wojcik, who coached Booker at Annapolis, made the announcement. For the past two seasons, Booker, a lieutenant, was an assistant with the Navy’s women’s basketball squad while also instructing in advanced navigation. This is his first men’s coaching position.
