Razorbacks Solidify Heath’s Position: Arkansas officials granted coach Stan Heath a one-year contract extension, assuring that Heath will lead the Razorbacks through 2010. The extension provides stability to a program that has been in flux for the past several years. Heath added experience to his staff this off-season by hiring former Akron coach Dan Hipsher. The team has the pieces in place to make a run at an NCAA Tournament bid.
