The Cat Came Back: Arizona coach Lute Olson has reinstated senior guard Chris Rodgers, giving the Wildcats more firepower on the perimeter. Olson had indefinitely suspended Rodgers in January for disciplinary reasons. He did not offer details but indicated that Rodgers’ attitude did not fit well with the team. Olson told Rodgers that he needed to initiate some personal changes before he could play again. The coach is evidently satisfied with Rodgers’ progress, and he could return to the Wildcats’ lineup as early as Thursday against California. Rodgers averages 10.8 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.
