Bison Reward Flannery: Bucknell officials extended the contract of coach Pat Flannery to keep him on the Bison’s sideline two extra years. Flannery signed a four-year contract last June after Bucknell beat No. 3 Kansas in the NCAA Tournament. This season, Flannery led Bucknell to a 27-5 record, including a second consecutive second-round appearance after the Bison beat No. 8 Arkansas in the first round. Under Flannery, Bucknell has become the class of the Patriot League and a popular mid-major program. [3/31/06]
