North Texas Signs Oklahoma State Transfer: North Texas coach Johnny Jones announced that Oklahoma State transfer Roderick Flemings will play for the Mean Green after sitting out one season, an NCAA requirement for all Division I transfers. Flemings, who was a freshman for the Cowboys last season, ranked as one of the top 25 players by several publications and Web sites coming out of high school. The 6-7, 215 pound swingman will have three years of eligibility remaining, starting in the 2007-08 season. As a freshman for the Cowboys, Flemings averaged 11.5 minutes per game in 28 games. He averaged 3.1 points per game and shot 48 percent from the field. He posted a season-high 12 points in his first collegiate game.
