NCAA Grants Cecil Brown Sixth Year of Eligibility: UC Santa Barbara guard Cecil Brown will be allowed one more season of eligibility. Brown missed the entire 2001-2002 and 2004-2005 seasons with knee and ankle ailments. Brown is 6-4 and averages 13.1 points per game. He is a second team All-Big West performer and will form a powerful combination with returning Gaucho star Chris Devine during the 2006-07 season. [5/30/06]
