Lutz Fills 49er Staff: Charlotte coach Bobby Lutz completed his coaching staff for the 2006-07 season with the addition of Chris Cheeks. Cheeks has been in the coaching ranks for 10 seasons. The last three seasons he spent as an assistant at Georgia State. [6/15/06]
