Scholarship Named for Northwestern State’s Bill Loftin: A scholarship has been established for former Northwestern State player Bill Loftin. Loftin played for the Demons from 1934-48 and served as captain for his last two seasons. His scholarship fund is one of 33 athletic scholarships available at Northwestern State. [9/25/06]
