Alaska Fairbanks Players Face Theft Charges: Alaska Fairbanks players Christopher Adams and Christopher Jordan both pleaded innocent to charges that they stole laptop computers from other students’ apartments on campus. Adams, 23, and Jordan, 20, are charged with entering five unlocked apartments Sept. 3 and stealing three laptop computers. An employee in the school’s financial aid office, Mina M. Nix, 30, is also charged with hiding two of the computers.

Jordan was also charged with criminal mischief, criminal use of a computer and misconduct involving a controlled substance connected to the possible sale of amphetamines. Adams faces addition charges of destroying evidence and criminal use of a computer. Trials for the two are set for mid-December.
