Carter Latest Illini to Battle Injuries: Warren Carter, Illnois’ leading scorer this season, has a hip flexor and is doubtful for tonight’s game vs. Idaho State. If he does not play, he definitely will not be the first Illnois player to miss time this year. Rich McBride missed four games with a suspension, Brian Randle and Jamar Smith both missed time with injuries, and Shaun Pruitt and Chester Frazier both played against Missouri earlier this week while battling injuries.
