California Center Could Miss 12 Weeks: California standout Devon Hardin will miss eight to 12 weeks after suffering a stress fracture in his left foot, which requires surgery, in an 84-50 win against Furman. The center was averaging 10.7 points and 8.3 rebounds per game for the Golden Bears. The team expects Hardin to return sometime between before the NCAA Tournament. [12/27/06]
