Drunken Teens Land in Georgia’s Doghouse: Georgia banned two 18-year-olds from university property after they were charged with the assault of Georgia mascots Hairy Dawg and Spike during the Bulldogs’ 93-77 pounding of Jacksonville. The two men, Taylor Douglas of Reynolds and Richard Perry of Fort Valley, knocked the mascots to the hardwood shortly after the halftime show and attacked them, according to a university police report. They face numerous charges, including underage possession of alcohol and public drunkenness. [12/27/06]
