UCF’s Kirk Speraw Gets Long-Term Deal: Fourteen-year Central Florida coach Kirk Speraw has signed a deal that will keep him at the school until 2010-2011. Speraw’s salary will be $300,000 a year. During his time in charge of the Golden Knights, Speraw has led the team to a 231-187 record and four NCAA Tournament appearances. Last year, the Golden Knights went 22-9, good for second place in Conference USA and Speraw was named C-USA Coach of the Year. [5/11/07]
