Auburn: Tigers Lose Top Two Scorers

Tigers Lose Top Two Scorers: Auburn will be without two of its top scorers from last season for at least the first part of the season. Junior forward Josh Dollard will miss the entire season to address an unannounced medical problem. He will redshirt this season to preserve his eligibility. Dollard led the Tigers with 12.5 points and seven rebounds per game last season. Meanwhile, the team’s second-leading scorer, senior forward Quan Prowell, will miss the first six games of the season. Coach Jeff Lebo suspended Prowell for violating a team rule. Prowell averaged 12.0 points and 5.3 rebounds per game last season. [10/30/07]
