Practice Collision Gives Chism a Concussion: Tennessee sophomore center Wayne Chism will sit out for a while to recover from a concussion he suffered during practice. Chism and Jordan Howell ran into each other, and Howell’s elbow struck Chism on the side of his head. Tennessee doctors diagnosed him with a concussion, and the team has not determined when he will be available to practice or play. Chism averaged 9.1 points and 5.2 rebounds per game last season.
