Santa Clara retired the No. 34 jersey of the team’s all-time leading scorer, Kurt Rambis, during a ceremony at halftime of the Broncos’ 83-80 win against Belmont. Rambis is an assistant coach with the Los Angeles Lakers, and he becomes the seventh Bronco in team history to have his jersey retired. Rambis finished his career at Santa Clara with 1,736 points before playing 14 seasons in the NBA, including nine with the Lakers.
