The Mountain West Conference publicly reprimanded Wyoming coach Heath Schroyer because he criticized the conference in the Casper Star-Tribune Jan. 3. Schroyer complained that the Cowboys play five road games during their first eight Mountain West games and have three back-to-back road trips. Three other Mountain West teams have similar schedules. The conference prohibits public condemnation of conference officials and personnel.
