Former Florida freshman forward Allan Chaney has decided to transfer to Virginia Tech. Chaney is from Baltimore and wanted to play for a school closer to home. In one season with the Gators, Chaney averaged 3.0 points and 2.1 rebounds in 9.8 minutes per game.
