An MRI has confirmed a rupture in Demetrius Jemison’s Achilles’ tendon, according to an Associated Press report. The Alabama forward will miss the entire season.
Jemison will need surgery to repair the damage suffered in his left leg. He averaged 3.1 points and 3.1 rebounds in 28 games during 2008-09.
